Cami Miller

Founder & Human Capital Advisor

Cami has spent her career at the intersection of wealth, human development, and purposeful leadership. She brings over a decade of experience working closely with investors, leaders, and families of wealth, developing an intimate understanding of the human dynamics and opportunities that shape multigenerational flourishing. She founded Human Capital to serve what financial capital alone cannot, the people and legacies behind the wealth.

Through her work across investment management, organizational development, and human performance, Cami developed a deep conviction: those who endure invest as intentionally in their people as they do in their portfolios. Her superpower is seeing the whole picture—the person, the family, the wealth, the legacy—supporting each toward their fulfillment and fullest expression.

As vice president at Satori Capital, she played a key role in scaling the firm from $60M to $1.5B AUM, leading initiatives in investor relations, operations, stakeholder experience, and conscious culture. Prior to Satori, she built her foundation in private equity audit at KPMG and leadership at lululemon athletica, experiences that deepened her understanding of what it takes for people and organizations to thrive.

Cami holds a B.B.A. and Master of Accounting from Texas Christian University. For over a decade, she has taught honors students at TCU's Neeley School of Business how to train for life and has served as a certified holistic health coach to leaders across all seasons of life, from students to executives. She is a licensed CPA, a Stagen Integral Leadership Program and Landmark Forum graduate, and a member of the Purposeful Planning Institute—a global community dedicated to multigenerational legacy and family flourishing. She has been recognized as a Fort Worth Inc. 40 Under 40 honoree and serves as a speaker in the community and an advisor to multiple organizations including Satori Capital, TULLA, and the Fort Worth Business Owner’s Summit.

“Real success is waking up knowing why you’re doing what you’re doing.”

Loren Miller

Director of Experience

Every person and every family has a story. Loren's superpower is helping them reconnect to who they are, how they want to feel and operate, and the impact they want to have.

Loren spent more than a decade building a brand, web, and design studio serving entrepreneurs, founders, and family-owned enterprises, translating their values and vision into a story and legacy that can endure for generations. She then opened a yoga studio, running both businesses simultaneously for many years, owning and leading the studio, teaching classes, and eventually certifying the next generation of instructors through yoga teacher training. For Loren, both were expressions of the same conviction: that when people reconnect to their story and identity, everything they do becomes more impactful and everything they build becomes more enduring.

At Human Capital, Loren supports operations and the stakeholder experience, including the development of the Family Hub, capturing narratives and designing the architecture that becomes an enduring family asset, and supporting the memorable moments that bring families together.

Her work is grounded in a rare combination of disciplines. With her B.A. in journalism from the University of Washington, a decade of brand and narrative experience, and extensive training as a certified life coach, master somatic guide, and yoga teacher trainer with over fifteen years of practice, she creates the presence that allows individuals and families to go deeper together.

Loren's entrepreneurial experience, interpersonal intelligence, emotional depth, and embodied presence make the Human Capital experience truly integrative—honoring the whole person and the whole family.

"My work is to help you remember and celebrate who you are."
